Chain Of Command- If any issue occurs let me know ASAP. Any incident that occurs there will also be an incident report that has to be filled out and given to any board member. Each team will have their own folder where it will be stored.

1-Last team/coach to leave the field area please lock tower, shut lights and make sure that your area is clean.
2-Coaches please do not leave any child alone after practice. Make sure all of your kids have a ride and adult present before you leave.
3-Coaches please watch the way you talk to each other, the refs, other coaches and especially the kids. Head coaches are responsible for your coaching staff. If any coach has a problem please come and see me. Or you can also see John Delgardo.
4-Home Tailgate Party’s- Please clean up your area after your tailgate party. Do not leave your mess for the next team to clean up.

-Ref reminder- please watch what you say to the Refs. After all they are human. Just keep a copy of the rules with you at all times-home/and away.
-Fields-please clean up after practice. Put all equipment back in shed.
-Gentle reminder: This is 1 town and 1 team. There are no enemies. Help each other out, make it work. Our job is to teach the children and have fun. Remember that.
